New York Music School founder and instructor Scott Kulick has been a full time teacher/performer since 2004. In that time he has helped hundreds of students of all ages and ambitions work towards their musical goals.
Scott’s ‘practical’ approach to musical education, developed over his years of teaching and studying music focuses on the most useful aspects of musical performance so his students are quickly enjoying playing music.
Currently Scott is available to teach at his studio at 4732 32nd pl, Long Island City. A short distance from the 7 train, Queens Plaza, the 59th Street Bridge and the Long Island Expressway. In-Home lessons are available on a limited basis.
As a performer Scott performs as a trumpet player in Jazz, Classical and Commercial settings. He also appears as a blues/rock guitar player and works frequently as a composer & arranger.
